Testimony

We were very impressed by AMG’s speedy response to an urgent situation when our Sprinter failed to start up. More than one mechanic looked at the situation, and after counseling among themselves they quickly found a solution to the problem, which was rooted in the very complicated area of electronic modules.

In the process they showed an attitude that went well beyond the regular ‘9 to 5’ mentality, which resulted in the van being ready to go a few days later already. We are fairly certain that things would not have moved that quickly if we had chosen any other company for this relatively old van. We also noted that the level of service and expertise was matched by the friendliness of the people we met at AMG.

We highly recommend this particular garage for all your Mercedes needs.

Great service and prices. Would not use anyone else now for any work required on my car.

Needed some help with my tyres which were showing low on air on the dash and ASDAs air pump didn’t do the job. The mechanic checked the tyre on all 4 and reset the on board computer so I could safely do my 300 mile return journey. I offered to pay for the assistance but none required. Very pleasant to deal with and efficient – thank you.

AMG had carried out my three year service on my Mercedes – and I found Mel very easy to deal with – when the warning light came on for a drop in tyre pressure a few months later, I dropped into the garage one Saturday afternoon – Mel was really helpful, he explained might not need a new tyre (very honest of him) and sent me off to tyre garage where they repaired it and got me back on the road in under half an hour !!!

Found Mel totally trustworthy and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could relate to.

Have no hesitation in recommending them to people and will definitely keep going back for future services etc.

Excellent service. Only garage I use.

Called late the day before to book in my E class for some inspection work. Arrived first thing the next morning and was immediately seen to. Mel and James both showed great experience and knowledge by providing me with an explanation and visual demonstration of why I was experiencing the noises and problems I was. While there, I chose to have an oil service done. They managed to get it done despite having a lot of other work on. I’m returning next week to have some major work done filled with confidence that my car is in the best hands it could be. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service.

They said a time & day! They kept to it, enabling me to look after my patients appointments. They collected and returned my car to Stepping Hill Hospital on time. Excellent service & Company thanks to them all.

School Bus had previously been serviced locally. We tried AMG and our Ford Transit was returned looking as good as new (washed & vac ) plus excellent service door to door. Recommend them.

Thought they only did expensive makes! After taking my car (Astra) to another garage prior to AMG they were unable to fix the slave cylinder problem. Amg not only fixed it, they also to me home & picked me up from Flixton Manchester. Brill service.

Based at Manchester Royal Infirmary where I was a Consultant I used a Mercedes Garage. However my Consultant colleagues and I decided to give AMG Cheshire the opportunity having known a Partner prior. I am always impressed with the efficiency, servicing and almost as importantly, with the modest cost in servicing my Mercedes. The added benefit of a sense of humour at AMG Cheshire certainly makes some of the automatons seem dull and boring.

AMG were higlhy recommended to me by a colleague after I recently purchased a BMW X5 series. I found their service to be of the highest standard and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have used AMG to service my Mercedes Benz S class for the last five years.
